Study in Malaysia Education Fair 2024
Malaysia is renowned as a top global study hub and attracts international students seeking a quality education. Malaysia’s Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) plays a pivotal role in promoting Malaysia as a preferred international education hub and positioning the country among the top 10 destinations for education by providing them with appealing facilities. Malaysian universities offer affordable tuition fees and cheaper living costs compared to other countries of the world. In addition, it facilitates the visa process for students, provides scholarships, and offers international students the opportunity for part-time work during semester breaks or, in some cases, even during semesters, with written permission from their university. Moreover, a bank statement isn’t needed for the visa application. Pakistan ranks among the top seven countries globally from which students choose Malaysia for higher education. By availing of these tremendous opportunities, more than 4,000 Pakistani students are currently enrolled in Malaysian universities.
In March 2024, EMGS hosted the ‘Study in Malaysia Education Fair; in Hyderabad (Sindh) and Karachi. Education Scenario International managed both events over there. Five top-ranked Malaysian universities participated in the event. The three-day fair attracted thousands of ambitious students seeking quality education. Moreover, Malaysian universities’ delegations visited various institutions for collaborations and affiliations. These institutions included GC University Hyderabad, Beaconhouse School Qasimabad Campus for the mini expo, Greenwich University, Dawood Engineering & Technology University, and the University of Karachi.
The fair was participated by five higher education institutions such as Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU), Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT), Management and Science University (MSU), University of Cyberjaya (UoC) and AIMST University Malaysia. Visitors actively consulted with representatives from Malaysian universities, engaging in productive and advantageous discussions and building meaningful networks for future educational pursuits. Recently, the Education Scenario International (ESI) Group, known for its expertise in promoting various study destinations, has officially partnered with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). This collaboration encompasses education expos, networking, marketing, event management, and recruitment of international students.
The fair intrigued a large crowd, eager to learn about what Malaysia’s premier universities have to offer. It was a key chance for aspiring students to get familiar with Malaysia’s distinguished educational institutions, their wide range of courses, exclusive facilities, and the vibrant, culturally rich campus environments.
