In this modern age of information technology (IT) with today’s rapidly-changing world in which the need for emerging technologies is imperative for our survival and collective benefit, organizing education Expos is even more important.
And to keep pace with the racing times, education Expos provide a platform for further and higher education to both national and international students especially under one roof. One such Expo titled ‘Education Expo & Book Fair 2021’ held on Dec. 17-19 ‑‑ the hallmark of Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust as its organizer – speaks about its national spirit with which this Expo was organised in connection with its Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the creation of Pakistan. Managed by reputable Education Scenario International Group as the Event Management provided a single platform under one roof with a successful message to students wishing to pursue their studies abroad also with an opportunity of face-to-face career-counselling meetings with experts in the field.
Needless to say that Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust is a national and intellectual institution which since its establishment back in 1992 has been engaged in highlighting the Ideology of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as enunciated in the words of Pakistan’s poet-philosopher Allama Iqbal, affectionately known as the ‘Poet of the East’, and the Father of the Nation, Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
Enviably, this Mega Event in shape of the ending year’s unique gift, aimed at introduction and face-to-face meetings with representatives from the world’s top colleges and universities for career-counselling and professional guidance i.e. the A-to-Z information to aspiring and prospective students seeking admission to both national and international universities for a better future and prosperity.

This Education Expo & Book Fair focused on some of the best and top colleges and universities of repute from across the globe where a stream of visiting students found the right-career options to climb the ladder of brilliant successes in their professional career.
Generally speaking, students who wish to study abroad need extra support so here several international universities’ representative were available straightaway who extended proper guidance to interested students with multiple career options to study abroad instilling in them inspiration and encouragement.
To be sure, it was an ideal platform for colleges, universities and educational institutes to promote their institutions under one roof with target-oriented students present there. Definitely, that must have proved a great help to them to choose their right career-path to be on the right track in right direction at one stop. At the same time, the participating institutes benefited immensely from the potential-target-student goal.
As a unique and joint platform in collaboration to link prestigious local and foreign higher education institutions under one roof, the intellectual guidance plus entertainment-lunch-dinner with participation by the-best-of-the-best national and international universities and colleges, a variety of interesting and knowledgeable programmes were organised such as Education Exhibition, Book-Launch Ceremonies, Book Fair, Painting Competitions, Quiz Competitions, Speech Competitions, Roundtable Discussions, and much more.
Aside from it, thousands of book titles were on display and made available at the Book Fair for discounted/low prices. Lucky Draws and Gift Hampers for the participants and visitors added attraction to the mega event with an air of pride.
The Education Scenario Management team certainly deserved a pat on the back for its extensive Digital and Outdoor Marketing Campaign launched for an encouraging response from its valued clients, academicians, educationists, teachers, publishers, members of the business community and stakeholders for mass-participation.
Indeed it opened up new vistas of a world of knowledge and information not just for students, but also for their parents to gain a passport to the world for their children’s secure and bright future.
The memorable Education Expo & Book Fair attracted a maximum footfall – approximately 50,000 visitors and participants altogether on the scheduled three days ‑‑ a steady flow that actually made this Event a guaranteed and result-oriented. The Marketing side of the Management had firmly aimed at the online visitors’ registration, over 50 brand ambassadors to promote the Event, the WhatsApp messages to over 1m students and heads of institutions, email marketing and visitors’ registration through MailChimp/Allevents webs, installation of billboards, display desks at and around the Expo sites and prominent locations, campaign on SMDs, display of posters in leading educational institutions in and around the City, distribution of leaflets/brochures through Visitors’ Flow Marketing Strategy.
The main programme prominently included the Education Expo, Book Fair, Book launch, Paintings Competitions, Quiz Competitions, Speech Competitions, Roundtable Discussions, Entertainment, Refreshment, and Lunch-plus-Dinner for the participants on the occasion.
Proudly, the Event endorsed by the government of Punjab and the private sector offered the visitors an opportunity to make acquaintance with and seek guidance from world-renowned professionals, leading political thinkers, university teachers, professors emeritus, visiting faculty members, field experts, experienced specialists, students, doctoral researchers, parents, members of the business community and distinguished guests. The event was attended by over 200 national and international institutions and organizations. While a large number of prominent political, academic, literary and public figures visited the event and appreciated this biggest event after the Covid pandemic.
